Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will have to wrap their heads around some jaw-dropping discoveries.

The first one will come now that Jack and Chad have found a hostage, but it’ll be John Black (Drake Hogestyn) – not Abigail DiMera (last pla

yed by Marci Miller) like they were hoping.

Someone tied to Clyde Weston (James Read) apparently snatched John out of Greece and stashed him in Poplar Bluff, so it’ll be interesting to hear John’s side of the story.

In the aftermath, Jack and Chad will have a lot to mull over, so they may have another conversation about Clyde’s mind games and whether Abigail could still be out there somewhere.

At some point during the week of August 5-9, Chad and Jack will catch someone mysterious doing some eavesdropping.

Of course, that’ll turn out to be THE mystery woman, who’s being played by AnnaLynne McCord.

It’s easy to imagine a moment where Jack and Chad spot someone lurking in the shadows.

Days spoilers say Chad and Jack will grow curious about who this person is, so they’ll be in for a real shock when she steps forward.

Although AnnaLynne McCord doesn’t really resemble Marci Miller, DOOL will apparently pretend they look just alike for the sake of this storyline.

Even if we’re dealing with an Abigail imposter or doppelganger, Chad and Jack will be thrown for a loop.

Since McCord’s character name was originally supposed to be “Marin,” it’s possible that’ll be the name she goes by.

Regardless, this woman clearly won’t have Abigail’s memories or any recollection of Chad or Jack at all.

DOOL’s weekly preview video shows Jack insisting this woman could be his daughter before Chad says she could be his wife.

The mystery woman will have a hard time believing them and will wonder if they truly think she could be “this Abigail person.”

Will the mystery woman have amnesia or even a whole different set of memories from another life?

Will Chad and Jack suspect Clyde might’ve had someone brainwash Abigail into believing she’s somebody else?

There have been plenty of mind control storylines over the years, but there have also been imposter and mistaken identity stories.

Days will kick off a guessing game as they force fans to choose what they believe about this Abigail lookalike and who she really is.

The next logical step here is for Jack and Chad to push for a DNA test.

Jack is Abigail’s father, so he can have his DNA tested against the mystery woman’s to see if she’s his daughter.
