Meanwhile, Teresa stands in the Kiriakis living room, contemplating her past with Brady and her current entanglement with Xander. Bonnie enters, questioning Teresa’s intentions and warning her against seeking revenge on Xander. Teresa dismisses Bonnie’s concerns but leaves abruptly, arousing Bonnie’s suspicions.

Upstairs, Maggie awakens with Sarah by her side, recalling the traumatic events involving Constantine. Xander enters, confessing that he shot Constantine in a moment of rage after he threatened Maggie and harmed Teresa. Despite Maggie’s mixed feelings, she acknowledges Xander’s actions as a necessary evil.

As Sarah steps out to take a call, Xander and Maggie discuss the aftermath. Xander admits that although Teresa was in danger, his real motive for shooting Constantine was avenging Victor’s murder. Maggie, despite her relief, struggles with her feelings about Constantine’s death.

In another part of town, Jack expresses his need to discuss Clyde with Rafe, hinting at increased charges against Clyde for Abigail’s murder. Chad and Julie exchange worried glances, unsure of how to proceed with their investigation.

The episode ends with Xander grappling with his actions, Maggie reflecting on her past with Victor, and Chad and Julie preparing for their journey to uncover the truth. The suspense builds as viewers are left wondering about the fate of their favorite characters.
