Lauren Hammersley admits that she is aware of the popular dislike of Charmaine. She sometimes hears from fans that they hate her character.

“Virgin River” is constructed in such a way that it is very difficult to be #TeamCharmaine, because she is a character who constantly creates obstacles in the way of the happiness of the main couple in the series.
