Before she was Felicity on Days of our Lives, daytime newcomer Kennedy Garcia had another inspiring experience with the soap opera The Young and the Restless. Here’s what happened when the aspiring actress recreated photos of the cast of Y&R.

Recently, Garcia took to Instagram to share a video of her experience recreating photos and at the Y&R set to the show’s theme, which you can see below.

Alongside it, the actress wrote, “I have been a life long fan of [The Young and the Restless]! Several years ago I went on a twinning adventure with some of the ladies from the show.

I chose a photo from their social media and then looked for a similar outfit and background and tried to recreate it. How do you think I did?

“Sadly I never finished and missed some of my favorites, BUT I did get invited to set by the amazing [Cait Fairbanks (Tessa)] and that’s when I knew I wanted to be a soap opera actress.

During her Y&R visit, Garcia got to sit in Crimson Lights, the Abbott mansion, and the Genoa City Athletic Club. Plus, she took photos with Fairbanks, Beth Maitland (Traci), Mishael Morgan (Amanda), Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea), Sharon Case (Sharon), Camryn Grimes (Mariah), and so many more. She even posed with the interesting drawing that Sharon and Nick (Joshua Morrow) talked about recently.

Y&R’s Judah Mackey (Connor) replied, “That’s so awesome!! #YR !! ”
