The former Coronation Street star showed off plenty of skin as she prepared for Celebs Go Dating filming.

She is one of a selection of glam celebrities due to take part on the E4 dating show in North London.

Helen, 33, wore her blonde hair in soft waves and opted for a bronze eye shadow and soft pink lip.

The dress featured large cut out sections and flowed to the floor from her hips.

Helen shares three children with her ex Scott Sinclair who she split from in October 2022 after 13 years.

They both reunited to celebrate their youngest daughter’s birthday this month, but Helen revealed it was difficult.

Adorable Delilah, who often features on Helen’s social media pages, asked for a Spiderman party as she turned six – and the former couple pulled out all the stops to make it happen.

Later in the day, Helen captured herself in a pretty blue check dress as she flashed a peace sign to the camera.

As well as Delilah, Helen shares seven-year-old Matilda and two-year-old Charlie with footballer Scott.

She recently opened up about her private difficulties.

Helen said: “I felt really emotional that day, a lot of personal things going on and it can be extremely emotionally draining co parenting when you have a difficult relationship.”

“I had therapy at the beginning of the year and I felt like I was able to come back to my natural self and not suppress my emotions and I let myself cry now,” Helen continued.

Helen has always shared her difficulties and previously told how she was “struggling and so low” in the direct aftermath of the break-up.

Helen will be joined on the show by MAFS alumni Ella Morgan, 29 and Gogglebox’s Stephen Webb, 52.

Matchmaking series’ expert Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn exclusively let slip the dishy detail and teased to us: “It’s very sexy. It’s a very sexy series, I would say.

“They’re very open-minded, and they have really good rapport with one another.

“Especially like Helen, Ella and Stephen.

“Ella and Stephen, I see them hang out all the time now on social media.

So yeah, I do. I do think that they are all like really good at sexually expressing themselves.

“And you know, we are working on
a lot of kind of understanding their dating history.

“Why their relationships ended? And you know, what do they want now? A lot of what we work on is ‘who are you now? And what do you actually want?”
