The Coronation Street favourite, 33 – who shares three children with footballer Scott Sinclair,
35 – put her struggles aside for the sake of their youngest daughter.
Adorable Delilah, who often features on Helen’s social media pages, asked for a Spiderman party as she turned six – and the former couple pulled out all the stops to make it happen.
The ITV star captured a huge board in her garden complete with Spiderman graphics and a picture of her daughter.
Huge silver balloons and footballs surrounded the display, put together by Jayde Elise Events, while bright red goodie bags could be seen on a personalised stand.
A bright white bouncy castle – complete with a ball pit – finished off the fun for the youngsters, while a tiered black-iced cake offered the perfect birthday grub.
Later in the day, Helen captured herself in a pretty blue check dress as she flashed a peace sign to the camera.
After a special visit from Spiderman himself, Helen told her Instagram Stories viewers: “My baby Delilah’s party yesterday.
“Amazing day for my beautiful baby Delilah so proud to be Delilah’s mama she’s just the best.
“Even though Delilah is six I will still carry her like this [in her arms] until she is too heavy.”
Meanwhile, Scott took to his own Instagram account to upload an adorable shot showing him cuddling his youngest daughter.
Later in the weekend, Helen confessed how things had all become a bit too much.
She posted a teary snap showing her still wearing her gingham get-up but flashing a sad expression as she put: “This week was a lot.
“Was too drained to go out.”
As well as Delilah, Helen shares seven-year-old Matilda and two-year-old Charlie with footballer Scott.
TOUGH TIMES
The family event came just days after Helen told how she had a “difficult relationship” with her ex Scott.
The couple split in October 2022 after a 13 year relationship.
Opening up about her private difficulties, Helen said: “I felt really emotional that day, a lot of personal things going on and it can be extremely emotionally draining co parenting when you have a difficult relationship.”
“I had therapy at the beginning of the year and I felt like I was able to come back to my natural self and not suppress my emotions and I let myself cry now,” Helen continued.
Helen has always shared her difficulties and previously told how she was “struggling and so low” in the direct aftermath of the break-up.
HEARTFELT CONFESSIONS
The Sun exclusively reported this weekend how Celebs Go Dating expert Dr Tara Suwinyattichaiporn heaped huge praise on Helen’s “sexually expressive” nature.
She told how the upcoming series was “so sexy” but went on to flag the soap star in particular for tapping into her emotional side.
Dr Tara told us: “Some celebs wear their hearts on their sleeve aka, Helen, and it’s very refreshing.
“She’s very vulnerable and authentic about how she feels, and if she doesn’t get something, she just tells us and I think that’s very refreshing.
“I love working with celebs that feel like they can be themselves in our sofa in the Celebrity dating Agency chair.
“But for some of them it takes longer for them to show their vulnerable and very sweet side, right?
“They have a persona, the TV persona, and they kind of play that a little bit at the beginning.
“But then, now that we’ve we’ve gone through quite a lot of filming I’m seeing a lot of authenticity and vulnerability. And this is an emotional series.”
