EASTENDERS have aired a bombshell twist as the show’s most famous couple reunited in a major surprise.

Sharon Watts and Phil Mitchell shared a moment of passion with one another after Sharon shockingly confessed all about The Six murder plot.

Before enjoying a steamy snog with one another and the shock revelations, Phil had already begun to unravel that something was amiss with Sharon and Linda Carter’s role in Keanu Taylor.

A text message confirmed Phil’s fears and in the latest episode of the BBC soap, he practically forced Sharon to reveal all.

As she insisted that there was nothing to hide, she soon crumbled and told her ex-husband, and Albie’s dad, Phil, that it was Linda who brutally murdered Keanu.

She spoke at length about the events of Christmas Day and told Phil every single thing that happened from Denise’s attack on Nish, to Jack Branning’s police cover-up to burying the body under the cafe.

Amid the shock revelations, Sharon and Phil appeared to be growing close as they reminisced over their chaotic and hectic lives with one another.

They speculated how different their lives could have been with one another had they not had such a complicated love life.

As they prepared to part ways, Sharon turned to her ex and said: “I know you had to drag it out of me, but knowing you’ve got my back really does mean everything.

“You’re right, it feels right you and me ended up having a kid and for what it’s worth, as terrified as I was that first night we slept together, deep down, I felt the same [as before].”

Sharon then quipped: “Soulmates after all.”

They then shared a loving glance before they jumped into a smooch with one another.

After pulling away, Phil then gripped a hold of her arm as he pulled her in for another kiss.

They then passionately embraced each other once again as Sharon appeared happy that the spark had been reignited.
