Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Cherie Jimenez) and Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) marriage has hit a rough patch thanks to Gabi’s press conference chaos. Stefan was livid when Gabi went against his wishes and blew up Jude Brady’s (Oliver McLarty) paternity secret, which cost EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) big time.

Now Stefan’s concerned about always having to look over his shoulder when it comes to his devious brother. EJ’s going to be out for revenge, so Gabi has unleashed another round of DiMera drama.

Of course, Stefan will inevitably soften toward Gabi once he finds out Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) has been seriously injured.

Gabi will need her husband’s comfort during Rafe’s hospital crisis, so Stefan will surely put his anger aside and support her.

That could patch things up for a bit, but more trouble is brewing due to the scandalous secret that Stefan’s keeping.

Drunk Stefan let passion erupt with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) while Gabi was behind bars, so Days spoilers say he’ll have to pay for that eventually.

Once Stefan’s betrayal with Ava is exposed, it’ll take some work to bounce back from that.

Gabi has a hot temper and could easily threaten Stefan with divorce once she gets updates on the cheating news.

However, Stefan and Gabi have proven they’re each other’s true love by now.

Days has a way of always bringing Gabi and Stefan back together, so they’ll hopefully get their romance on track again.

At some point, will Stefan and Gabi eventually get a miracle baby? Could an unexpected pregnancy be in this couple’s future?

Gabi doesn’t think she can have more children, but Days could still let her get pregnant down the road.

It doesn’t look like it’ll happen anytime soon, but a miracle baby story is still something to root for.

Stefan and Gabi have been through plenty of highs and lows over the years, so it’d be nice to see them have a new child together as a happy surprise.
