Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, July 30, reveal that Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) will tackle a new role at the Salem PD. Since Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is stuck in a coma for the time being, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will presumably ask Jada if she’s willing to fill in as Salem’s interim police commissioner.

Paulina has already been mulling over this possibility, so she knows Jada’s got a lot on her mind when it comes to Rafe’s condition. However, Jada may agree that the distraction would be nice and that Rafe would want her to step up for him.

Although Jada will have more responsibilities to juggle, Days spoilers say her main goal will still be cracking the case of who went after Rafe.

Thanks to Jada’s recent conversation with Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein), she’s worried Everett Lynch (Blake Berris) might still be Robert “Bobby” Stein and that he might’ve attacked Rafe himself.

DOOL fans know that Connie Viniski (Julie Dove) is actually to blame for Rafe’s ordeal, but she’ll continue to cover her tracks in the coming episodes.

In the meantime, Jada will put “Everett” through a grilling session about Rafe and Li Shin (Remington Hoffman), so Bobby may once again struggle to pretend his mental state is back on track.

Other Days spoilers say Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel DiMera (Raven Bowens) will talk about what the future holds. Chanel and Johnny are still grieving the loss of their unborn child, but they’ll still manage to make some plans for their next chapter together.

Over with Abe Carver (James Reynolds) and Kate Roberts Brady (Lauren Koslow), they’ll hold a Body and Soul casting call. Days viewers are in for a treat since Hattie Adams (Deidre Hall) will show up in hopes of scoring the part of Charlemagne.

Hattie certainly has the right look for the part, so our predictions hint that Abe and Kate may get on board with hiring her as a recast.
