Coronation Street star Tina O’Brien was quick to show support as her castmate Samia Longchambon was seen teaming up with her husband in a new collaboration.

Fans of the actress, who plays Maria Windass in the ITV soap, may have previously seen her teaming up with M&S after winning the last series of Cooking with the Stars, which is sponsored by the retailer.

Ahead of the return of the ITV celebrity cooking series on Tuesday night (July 30), Samia and her husband, Dancing on Ice star Sylvain, were seen heading to an M&S Foodhall where they were picking up some snacks for a ‘date night’.

Kicking off the clip, Samia was heard telling Sylvain: “I don’t know if I’ve ever mentioned it but last year I won a show called Cooking with the Stars…” before she then spoke about the new series before she sent her other half off to pick up her favourite ‘picky bits’.

The soap star started the caption of her post: “AD I am SO excited that the FOURTH series of Cooking With the Stars returns TONIGHT, so what better way to celebrate than making it date night?!”

She later added: “Don’t forget Cooking With the Stars is BACK tonight at 8pm on ITV1! @slongchambon is backing Biggins… who are you rooting for?”
