In another storyline, Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) is about to reveal the true paternity of Nicole’s (Arianne Zucker) baby, but EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) stops her. EJ offers Melinda a new deal that could land her a powerful position, hoping to keep her from spilling the truth.

Gabby Hernandez (Camila Banus) is thrilled about her newfound freedom. With Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash), she celebrates outside the prison walls, enjoying sweet and sizzling moments together. Despite Stefan’s belief that their nightmare is over, his cheating scandal looms large, threatening future peace.

Melinda’s immunity deal frees Gabby but jeopardizes EJ’s happiness. Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) confides in Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) in the hospital, expressing her sorrow over losing their baby. Johnny offers to bring her belongings and stay with her, while Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) supports her in the hospital lobby.

Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) plans to leave Salem, explaining to Nicole that he needs time away after believing he isn’t Jude’s father. This revelation is heartbreaking for Nicole, who sees Eric’s departure as another loss.
