BBC EastEnders star ‘lets slip’ who dies in horror club crush as death rocks Walford

EastEnders actress Zaraah Abrahams – who plays Chelsea Fox on the BBC soap – has opened up about the upcoming devastating crush on the show, and how it might all end for the residents

EastEnders star Zaraah Abrahams has seemingly let slip who dies in a horror club crush.

The BBC soap will air some dramatic scenes, which will see a number of residents get caught up in a crush at Peggy’s. Penny is in charge of the party but a vengeful Chelsea decides to sell more tickets online than are available, which causes some catastrophic scenes when Peggy’s gets too full and a crush ensues in the club.

Speaking about the big scenes, Zaraah said: “She is filled with guilt that she has had a part to play in what is a catastrophic, and potentially fatal, accident,” before adding about if her character would feel guilty: “I think she is going to take it quite hard, especially because she is a mum now so has another perspective on what life means.”

Could this be proof that someone’s teenager is involved in the crush and potentially die? How will this affect Chelsea going forward, and could one – or more – people die in the horror crush, and how will that affect the whole village?

Chelsea decided to mess with the event to get back at Penny – as she desperately wants her job back with Phil.

“As far as Chelsea is concerned, she has worked herself up to that position – there has never been any trouble in the club, and Phil has always been happy with the way that she has been running it. Chelsea is just thinking, ‘You know what, I am going to ruin this night for you and Phil will give me my job back,’” she explained of Chelsea’s reasoning behind getting involved.

“Tensions are so high because Chelsea extended herself to Penny and thought she was doing a good thing by giving her a chance at the club. Penny manipulated the situation for personal gain – and instead of Penny being gracious, she is taking advantage of the situation and is ungrateful, whilst also mistreating Chelsea. Chelsea isn’t one to back down from those situations. At the moment where she is in her life, wrong is wrong and right is right so they’re not friends right now.”
