Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) will put Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall)

and John Black (Drake Hogestyn) on babysitting duty during the week of April 15-19.

Since Eric has a lot on his plate when it comes to working out his financial issues with Sloan Petersen-Brady (Jessica Serfaty), he’ll let John and Marlena take over for a while.

Of course, Days spoilers say Marlena and John will be happy for a little extra bonding time with Jude Brady.

There’s a good chance this babysitting session will happen at the townhouse, so that’s important to keep in mind.

We also have to consider why John and Marlena babysitting Jude is a noteworthy Days spoiler.

What will happen during this afternoon or evening with Jude that makes it significant beyond just family bonding?

Since Jude is getting a bit older now, he’s no doubt starting to develop more distinctive features and look less like a generic baby.

DOOL fans aren’t really seeing this since they haven’t cast an actual kid yet, but the point still stands for the characters gushing over Jude when he’s wrapped up or in his play yard.

Days spoilers say Marlena and John will have hours to get a truly good look at Jude, so that could easily lead to Marlena digging out Eric’s baby pictures.

What if Marlena and John compare Jude to one of Eric’s old baby photos and find that his resemblance is uncanny?

It could be something that seems downright eerie considering the fact that Jude is adopted.

Although John and Marlena might chalk it up to coincidence at first, it could lead to some nagging doubts in the back of their minds.

That’s especially true since John is a private investigator and is trained to pick up on strange occurrences like this.

At some point, Marlena and John might recall that Nicole DiMera (Arianne Zucker) previously accused Sloan of stealing her own baby boy.

Naturally, John and Marlena might also remember Nicole’s DNA test and how frequently those get tampered with in Salem.

Since EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) was believed to be the father of Nicole’s child, his DNA was tested against Jude’s to “prove” that Sloan wasn’t behind a baby theft.

If John and Marlena realize Jude looks exactly like Eric did as a baby, could they start putting the puzzle pieces together?

Could it eventually lead to another DNA test and evidence that Jude belongs to Eric and Nicole?
