Coronation Street star Sair Khan has been flooded with compliments from fans as she offered a gorgeous update on social media that involves one of her former co-stars.
The actress, who is famed for playing Alya Nazir in the ITV soap, revealed she was a bridesmaid for former Corrie star Nicola Thorp earlier this month as she tied the knot with fellow actor Nikesh Patel.
Nicola, who played Nicola Rubinstein in the long-running show, and her beau celebrated their wedding in Blackpool with two ceremonies, with one seemingly taking place inside the Blackpool Tower, as she told fans how ‘two cultures united’.
The newlywed said earlier this month as she gave a glimpse at her and Nikesh’s stunning celebrations: “This weekend, we got married in the same place that race riots broke out three weeks ago. Two hearts, two families, two cultures: united, celebrated and loved. Love wins. Thank you to all our friends and family for making it so magical.”
Sair has since been sharing a mixture of her own snaps and professional images from the special occasion. In one post, the soap star looked sensational as she posed for a selfie in a hot pink dress while holding a bouquet of beautiful flowers. She was also joined for the celebration by her partner Nathan Chilton and their baby son who was born earlier this year.
