Strictly Come Dancing runner-up Bobby Brazier has been linked with several celebrities since he competed, but he isn’t taking the speculation around his personal life too seriously

Since making it to the final of Strictly Come Dancing 2023, Bobby Brazier has enjoyed the fame – but insists he doesn’t take the intense interest in his love life too seriously.

The EastEnders star, 21, who played Freddie Slater in the soap, danced his way to the finale of Strictly last year, alongside pro partner Dianne Buswell. But fans have been less interested in his next career move and more interested in who he’s making a move on, with near-constant scrutiny over who he may or may not be dating.

But Bobby isn’t taking it to heart, admitting he is baffled that anyone would be interested in whether or not he has a love interest at the moment.

In a new interview with the Standard, the actor, who is the son of late Big Brother contestant Jade Goody, said: “I just imagine that people don’t really care. I mean, surely people don’t really care, or surely people understand to take things with a little pinch of salt. But I find it funny.”

But although Bobby is perplexed by his fans’ interest in his personal life, he doesn’t let it affect him or dampen his dating spirit. He was recently spotted out and about hand-in-hand with X Factor: The Band winner Virginia Hampson, with the pair sharing a public kiss. Virginia, a member of band Real Like You, joined Bobby for a stroll around London, as they were spotted getting cosy.

Actor Bobby was also linked to Corrie star Ellie Leach previously, who he appeared with on Stricly last year, before she went on to steal the winning place from him with Vito Coppola. Although rumours in January suggested they were together, by March it was reported that they’d parted ways.

Bobby was also said to have kissed Married at First Sights star Ella Morgan, 30, at a BAFTA TV Awards afterparty. A source told The Sun at the time: “Bobby and Ella were going for it, it was a proper snog and he went back a couple of times for more. They were sharing flirty banter and then they pulled each other to one side for a snog by the bar. Later, they had their arms wrapped around each other for another snog, too.”

Bobby was also said to have been spotted getting close to Top Boy actress Jasmine Jobson, 29, on the same night.
