Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers say it’s always the quiet, sweet, unassuming ones that you have to watch out for and no statement could be more true than when applied to Connie Vinski (Julie Dove) the new assistant that Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) has hired.
Connie is that one smiling, helpful girl that will contribute to the bake sale with strychnine laced brownies and then offer you a cup of hemlock to wash it down with.
Okay, maybe she’s not that creative, after all she did just stab Li Shin (Remington Hoffman), but her reasoning is unknown and the whole affair is currently shrouded in mystery.
Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Everett Lynch/Bobby Stein Is The Victim
Just a little casual conversation between a gal and her victim. How casually she discussed with the apparition of Li how the perfect opportunity to murder Everett/Bobby just presented itself.
I guess there’s a whole creepy, unbreakable psychic bond between murderer and killer and Connie doesn’t seem all that keen to cut the cord. In fact, she seems a little too welcoming to someone who’s mortal coil she conveniently unraveled.
She is very reminiscent of another character in a land far away called Pine Valley, anybody remember how Janet Green creeped us all out in the 80s over on All My Children?
Connie kind of gives me those vibes, except somehow creepier. It was revealed in one episode that Janet was using hard drugs during some of her shenanigans, but as far as we know Connie is completely sober for this trip round the bend!
DOOL Spoilers – Is it A Haunting?
It’s a little alarming that she is continuing to see her victim long after he’s dead though, so his death clearly got to her, but since when do you become besties with a dead guy? Especially one you killed. Was that Li’s punishment in the afterlife?
Some sort of sitcom style “sent back to earth to become best friends with my murderer” sort of punishment? We’ve all heard of the divine’s sense of humor but somehow this universe seems to be fond of really sick jokes if that be the case.
It wouldn’t be the first time a character has returned from the dead on DOOL though, Isabella Toscano Black (Staci Greason) comes to mind, but her appearances, with the exception of one, have been a lot more positive.
