Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, August 16, reveal that Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will have to explain the strange woman he’s brought into the DiMera mansion, so Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) is in for a huge shock. Chad will explain the whole mystery woman saga and insist Abigail DiMera (AnnaLynne McCord) has come back to them.

Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) already gave Jennifer Horton Deveraux (Cady McClain) updates over the phone, but she’ll be looking for more details when she returns to Salem.

Jack will answer any lingering questions Jennifer might have, so she’ll reel over Abigail resurfacing and will prepare to “meet” her amnesiac daughter again.

Other Days spoilers say Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Cherie Jimenez) will quiz Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) about Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun).

What starts out as a subtle attempt to pump Kristen for info may turn into a heated showdown where Gabi admits what she knows.

Gabi told Connie Vinisiki (Julie Dove) that she wanted to gather more evidence and ammunition before she exposed the cheaters.

However, it looks like Gabi’s interrogation of Kristen will lead to her confessing what Connie told her.

Both Ava and Stefan are going to face Gabi’s wrath by the time Monday’s DOOL episode rolls around, so there may be a Friday cliffhanger moment where the two of them realize the jig is up.

Until then, let’s talk about Melinda Trask’s (Tina Huang) unsettling discovery.

Days spoilers say Melinda will find out some startling details about Connie, so she’ll declare that Gabi’s executive assistant is a fraud and fill Ava in.

It won’t be long until Connie realizes she’s got a new problem on her hands – and Days fans have seen how she tends to handle problems!

Connie will plan to make Melinda her next victim since the former DA will be too close to figuring out all her crimes.

Although Melinda will land in some dangerous situations soon, she’ll live to tell the tale.
