Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers preview for the week of July 22-26 reveals that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will surrender to his desire for booze since he’s looking for a way to numb his pain. Brady will run into Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) at the pub and ask if she wants some company, so they’ll bond over their miserable love lives.

DOOL’s weekly preview video also shows Brady under the sheets acknowledging that they slept together, so it seems a drunken hookup with Ava is on the way.

Of course, that’s going to complicate things with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), who considers Ava her bestie.

Since Kristen also wants to get back together with Brady, he’s the worst possible person for Ava to sleep with!

Over with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan), he’ll warn EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) that Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) is never coming back to him.

Even so, EJ will refuse to let Nicole and Eric build a blissful future with Jude Brady (Oliver McLarty).

That’s why EJ will resort to blackmail according to Days’ promo clip, which shows EJ asking if Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) knows Eric killed her father, Daniel Jonas (Shawn Christian).

Holly apparently doesn’t know all the details, so EJ may threaten to tell her everything – include how Eric’s drunk driving robbed her of the opportunity to ever meet her dad.

This should be the buildup for Nicole’s Days exit since EJ will seemingly force her to leave Eric behind in Salem.

As for the double wedding fiasco, that’ll bring Fiona Cook’s (Serena Scott Thomas) news that Anjelica Deveraux (Judith Chapman) didn’t write the letter connected to Victor Kiriakis’ (John Aniston) will.

Fiona actually penned those heartfelt words about Xander Cook’s (Paul Telfer) paternity, so she’ll confirm that and leave Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) reeling.
